It is very hard not to overstate the importance a role TAB has played not only to the success of my business but also in my own personal development and growth.
Simply put, I believe I would never have achieved many of the victories and accomplishments had it not been for the advice and support of my TAB Board and of my Facilitator PJ Timmins.
I often find that for many business owners they often already know what action to take and what steps need to be done but sometimes lack the confidence or maybe need a push to go and achieve tangible bankable results.
This is what I discovered to be one of TAB’s secret weapons. As a Managing Director, I am now encouraged by others and held more accountable to my peers around the board and must use own time more efficiently to deliver progress on commitments I have made to them
